Qishu Wang

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Qishu Wang is the Chief Financial Officer of Carnuxt Global Ltd. Prior to joining Carnuxt, Ms. Wang served as the Investor Relations Manager at Quhuo Limited from 2022 to 2025. In this role, she was responsible for managing investor relations, coordinating communication with existing and potential investors, overseeing the disclosure of financial and business information, and organizing investor meetings and roadshows. She also supported the execution of the company’s capital market strategy and is highly familiar with capital market operations, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance the company’s transparency, market image, and investor confidence. Ms. Wang holds a Master’s degree in Communication and New Media from City University of Hong Kong (2021) and a Bachelor's degree with dual majors in German and Finance from the University of International Business and Economics (2020).

Bo Liang

Director and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Liang Bo is a Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Carnuxt Global Ltd. With over 20 years of experience in the automotive and logistics industries, he has a strong track record in strategic development and market expansion. Prior to joining Carnuxt, Mr. Liang led Quhuo Limited’s mobility services division from 2021 to 2023, where he was responsible for developing and executing strategies for various mobility services, including ride-hailing and freight SaaS, across domestic and international markets, driving significant operational performance and market share growth. From 1996 to 2020, Mr. Liang worked at Jiangling Motors Export & Import Company (JMC), ultimately becoming Executive Vice President. During his tenure, he led the company’s overseas market strategies, driving significant growth in vehicle exports and establishing a global dealership network. Mr. Liang holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Renmin University of China, an MBA from Nanchang University and the University of Poitiers, and an EMBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
